Icelandic Glacial takes centre stage with Iceland at Foire Internationale de Caen of France's largest commercial trade fairs

Icelandic Glacial is a proud supporter of all things Icelandic, and this year, as Iceland assumed the role of host Nation at the annual Foire Internationale de Caen in Normandie, the brand was on hand to support its fellow country men as official water sponsor to France’s 5thlargest commercial event.

The event, which plays host to around 250,000 visitors over the 11 day duration, is this year themed around Iceland and its many exciting products which are exported from this prosperous and increasingly popular destination.


Icelandic Glacial’s stand will be part of the impressively constructed Icelandic village where its full range of products will be on sale to the general public. In addition, the brand has also been selected as the water of choice to the events Viking Bars and Restaurants that will keep the many visitors refreshed over the duration of the event.

Unnur Orradóttir Ramette , Commercial Councillor for the Icelandic Embassy in Paris commented on Icelandic Glacial’s involvement; ‘Icelandic Glacial is most supportive of the Icelandic Embassy’s activities around Europe and we are delighted to have their support at this year’s festival with a product that is fast gaining recognition around the world and promoting Iceland’.
